Our work is handmade and we are constantly updating our website as we make the pieces. We try very hard to ensure that the photographs are as accurate as possible and we will also include information on the size of the beads.
Postage and Packing
Postage and packing is determined by the weight of the item. All orders will be posted within 24 hours of receipt using Royal Mail. If there is likely to be any delay on delivery we will contact you straight away. We endeavour to package all items up so that they reach you in perfect condition. When you have paid for your items at checkout you will receive receipt from Paypal and an email from us to confirm you of the dispatch.
We try very hard to ensure you are happy with your purchase and our service. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund promptly. Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If your order has been confirmed, but has not yet been dispatched, you can change or cancel your order by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephoning us on 01869 249987. If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the cancelled item(s) at your expense to our returns address below. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, including the original delivery charge to you if the whole order is returned, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation. Whilst we will do our utmost to ensure your chosen item reaches you in perfect condition we accept no liability for damage caused by the carrier in transit.

Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore recommend using a form of recorded postage when returning items. They must be in an original unused and unopened condition as supplied and you must keep a proof of posting. All our goods are checked before despatch and are therefore double checked on their return. A refund or replacement will be issued on receipt of the original goods. Please contact us first if you need to make a return and include your name & address in the package so it can be matched up with your order.
